Going Outside

Leif gets ready to go outside.
Can you tell he is my son? He's wearing a sweater and wool hat - but short pants and sandals!
The sweater is a crazy new one I got for him since this cold weather has been here, and the wool hat was his great-grandfather's hat. I like me all of the oranges! :)

The Peace of Wild Things

When despair for the world grows in me
and I wake in the night at the least sound
