A yella squash grows quietly beneath big (powdery mildew-covered) leaves. Almost every plant in the garden seems to have some sort of issue at this point, whether pests or disease. I'm trying to curb it while it is just starting, and the internet has been my greatest tool on how to solve gardening problems organically (and cheaply!)
Tomatoes and basil snuggling this morning.
The onions look like a disaster zone after that Nor'easter we had, but I think they'll pull through just fine.
From the herb end looking down toward the squash end. The big plants in the front are eggplant - with such pretty purple flowers (which, of course are hidden in this photo!)
